I was referred to Curtis by the manufacturer of my pressure washer he is there authorized repair facility because it was new and it wasn't working properly restart the Curtis and took it over to him he figured out what the problem was and we ordered the parts and got it fixed it had a bad pump it took the manufacturer a minute to get in the pump so it took a little longer than I would have liked but his communication was good he is knowledge of all of the products we talked about was outstanding he called back whenever I had... read more

Curtis worked through a complex problem requiring a manufacturer warranty issue. Even after a complete rebuild he made sure the transmission was appropriate to manufacturer details. Everything was perfect.
