My first appointment with Dr. Shah. She is very thorough, friendly and professional! She made it a priority to answer any questions I had. The front office staff was awesome!
Dr. Shah is easy to talk to, intelligent & eliminate all my concerns reassuring me by explaining kidney disease so I can live my life with optimism despite my diagnosis. I enjoyed the office visit. I was surprised all my questions were met with answers, great clarity & respect for my emotions & now I navigate my life with CKD. It gave me a new attitude after meeting Dr. Shah.
Dr. Shah is an outstanding doctor. I was greatly impressed. She reviewed and knew my medical history in advance of our appointment. She was attentive to detail and thorough in her diagnosis. Her explanations of my status were clear and direct. She made numerous suggestions for how I can monitor and manage my kidney function. She has outstanding listening and communication skills.
Very knowledgeable about my case & very thorough in explaining what’s next in my care & treatment and actually gave me some say in how we proceed with care
