I’m so happy with job that dr phatel do on my eyes
Called to make an appt for my daughter and this lady Lina said she couldn't be seen unless I payed $50 fee because I had missed my appt that I wasn't aware of mind u I been thru alot this year last and it doesn't register so for her to be so cocky with me is unfair it seems to her all she cared about was the money...smdh...im in disbelief....
I had to take my daughter for a wandering eye she has. This place was great with my daughter. Nurse Carmen and the Doctor were both kind and patient with my 2 year old. They explained everything to me and gave me reputable links were I can find more information on her condition. I was nervous because I haven’t had the best experiences in other offices but I’m glad I was referred here.

I recently called to schedule an appointment for my son and was met with an unwelcoming and unhelpful response from the front desk staff. The receptionist did not greet me upon answering the phone and immediately inquired about our insurance provider. When I informed her that we have a PPO plan (provide the specifics), she stated she wasn't sure if they were in-network and suggested I contact our insurance company to verify.
