Intake staff wonderful and personable! But he is the absolute worst! On multiple occasions he neglected to read my chart prior to prescribing incompatible/contraindicated medications per my history for my migraines. HE NEEDS TO READ A PATIENT'S CHART AND COMPLETE MEDICAL HISTORY TO GAIN A COMPREHENSIVE UNDERSTANDING TO DEVELOP A TREATMENT PLAN BEFORE HIS PATIENT APPOINTMENTS! TLDR: DO NOT use this provider. A complete waste of time for all involved. 1. Was not prepared for my visit. He did not read my referral, procedure notes, previous MRI, or EMG. I had to pull up results on MyChart to show him 2.a His treatment plan was incredibly generic. It was exactly what was listed on google… generic information. Intake nurse and nurse were both wonderful! Dr made sure we understood what was going on… ordered more tests right away to make sure of diagnosis. I’m so glad we landed with this dr. He and his staff 5 out of 5!
