This company will do anything possible to avoid honoring their warranty on their boilers. They will always default to "the boiler is not installed to manufacturer recommendations" and wiggle their way out of it.

2 steam hot water generators installed 2022, just had our 4th failure of actuators/valves at a hit of 30K. First failure was within a year of new install. Pretty sad when you have to budget to keep a spare sitting near equipment because of the frequency of failures. I will never EVER spec equipment from this company again!

We ordered a combustion blower motor for a boiler over a week ago. We still have not received the part. 500,000 BTU boiler down for over a week!! Not good.

I work with boilers from all types of manufacturers and these are the worst commercial boilers I've ever worked with. Very poor support/engineering/design choices.

I will second the last review that I saw on here. I had to order a pilot solenoid that was leaking gas over the holidays and Patterson-Kelley was closed for the week. I get wanting to spend time with family but when boilers go down in a cold climate it is a major deal. When I was finally able to get help locating the part they said they could possibly get it shipped in 7 days but would not guarantee that. Please at least have a parts break down on your website so that those of us that are working can order the part to get ou... read more
