The taxi we booked weeks ahead, and called in the week before to confirm timing, was so late my parents almost missed my wedding. The communication in the lead up and on the day was extremely poor. A really, really disappointing experience.
Harry provides a great service. Harry is a personable coordinator, he goes out of his way to provide good service. The only downside (which is understandable) there are sometimes delays, give yourself some extra time.
