NO REFUND POLICY – High prices, third-rate entertainment, food that is good, to mediocre, to poor, flip a coin. Very Cool and very good food This Harry's (one of three locations) is located with an overlooking view of the Rail museum. The dinner entrees are very impressive. I personally suggest the Pork Chops.
