His workmanship was good, however he did not follow through. After he finished putting the mini splits in, he did not follow through and give us the paperwork we will need for the tax credit. We called him no less than five times. We had to use different phones each time because it seemed as though he recognized the number and wouldn’t answer the phone. We have no idea of whether he submitted the paperwork for the warranty on the mini splits.
No response. Came out the first time three weeks ago with no Freon. Came back a week later and couldn’t figure out the intermittent problem. Still didn’t top up the Freon. Stopped answering calls from me and the landlord.
Great job and a fantastic person..
