Working with service underwriter Candace Clough...she had to handle an after market warranty I purchased when I bought my 2019 GMC YUKON DENALI XL W/104. 000 miles..I brought it into service department to repair AC Unit that wasn't working... currently, after one year and two months of driving the car currently has 134,000 miles... found were many problems as expected with an automobile with high mileage...aftermarket warranty protection is challenging as it depends on what shops accept aftermarket auto warranty protection..... read more
Both Parts & Service groups were excellent when they came to our rescue recently. We hit a large pothole, got a flat tire & ruined rim, and Harrys went above & beyond helping us on our way back to Jersey.
When looking for a great body shop to get my Lexus Rx repaired competently & quickly my Insurance co sent me a list of shops they recommend........as time was of the essence it turned out that Harry's was the quickest......I spoke with Bailey at the body shop & she said it'll be done in nine business days from when I drop it off which was weeks off.
