My rental car was low on oil. I looked up oil change, and Harry's came up. Pulled up and while I definitely didn't need a change, I was pleased that the technician checked the oil--it was out--yikes! And filled me up with oil so the engine didn't seize. The cost of the oil and a good tip, what a pleasure doing business with them. Good, helpful people being decent humans to keep me from having a very costly breakdown. Thank you!
It was a pleasure dealing with Kevin and Nick. I had the plastic oil filter/cooler housing replaced with a sturdier aluminum one on my Wrangler (as the original plastic ones always end up leaking on these pentastar v6 engines). Job was done well and for a reasonable price. My first time using them, & I definitely will be back for future service. I highly recommend Harry's Auto repair.
Had a good experience with Kevin — this was my first time doing this amount of work on my car and Kevin took the time to explain things to me and was easy to communicate with. I definitely trust him and feel like I was well taken care of.
Went in for a state inspection and was told I needed nearly $3,500 worth of work, including new tires, brakes, shocks, and other items, in order to pass. I decided to get a second opinion at another licensed inspection shop, and they passed the car immediately with no issues. This experience makes me believe unnecessary repairs were being pushed. I recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to work here. They have been helpful in the past but I don’t think I’ll be doing business here anymore.
Go to Kevin. He’s honest and skilled and has always given me incredible prices and work. I’ve been going with him for a decade and wouldn’t even think to go to another mechanic!
