So completely pleased with the muffler replacement that Harry's Auto completed for me!!! When I dropped off my car their lobby was full so I expected my repair to be done towards the end of the day but much to my surprise it was done within 2 hours. The most important thing tho is that I had called every place in Jackson and was quoted prices that were between $350-$450 and most of those places treated me like I was some stupid woman but from the first time I contacted Harry's Nicole treated me like a valued client! Harry's is an HONEST BUSINESS doing the minimal amount of service needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HARRY'S TO EVERYONE! Originally I brought my van to Harry's (in 2012) thinking the muffler needed to be replaced. They determined it wasn't the muffler but a piece of the tailpipe that needed replacing, SAVED ME MONEY on the spot! This year (2014) I returned again and had the muffler replaced. just horrible service. I couldn't believe it! They talked to me rude and treated me with no respect. the guys name was Kenny. Even drove my truck and changed everything the way he liked for when he drove my truck. Then handed me my keys and didn't say even thank you. I didn't treat this guy with disrespect either. I don't care if its cheaper ill take my business somewhere else!-2003 dodge durango. 3-13-13
I had a problem with my brakes and all I needed was a rear brake clean and adjust. Very honest people and friendly.
I had dual exhaust put on my truck and Harry's did an excellent job. Thanks Harry's
