My visit went very well I was very please with Dr Wong service
Hope the manager Thanh or owner can see this rate. I made a call to make appointment for family member as new patient, a male said he can’t creat patient account because patient must present at the phone. We can make appointment online behind computer and no one asked to check who is whom. Advise that male staff transferred call to manager, he refused. Called back, a guy named Ryan put my call in hold then said manager is not at office.(10:50-11:10am,6/3/2025). He responded me with confident tone “go ahead , ok” while I sugg... read more
