My mother was treated at this facility twice in April. First in the ER, then by the incomparable team at 3 South. David, at ER registration, was a gem in helping to get my POA on file and set up MyChart access. Zach, in ER, was pleasant and kept the mood light which I appreciated since I was very overwhelmed by my mom being in a health crisis. I am beyond grateful for the team at 3 South: Erica, Julia, Amanda, Ashley, Dr. Fine, Renee, Bambi, all the Jens, Margalise, Karla - really too many to name. Their compassion, patience... read more

I came in through the ER, waited 4.5 hours. I have an issue with my left arm, numbness, pain and movement problem which could indicate nerve compression, torn rotator cuff and stretched or torn nerves. I believe I stretched it while trying to pull myself up stairs. Amazingly they have no neurologist so they do this virtually which is a disgrace. I would like an orthopedic shoulder doctor to look at me which is logical and they do not mention this to happen. In fact no one has even physically examined me. I have been admitted... read more

My brother was recently a patient at St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua and I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. His ER experience wasn't bad; the NP Kyle was friendly and the nurse on duty was very helpful. There ends anything positive I have to say because once my brother was admitted, it was all downhill. The hospitalist on 3 North was beyond bad. She had the demeanor of a 12 year old, the bedside manner of a robot and never had anything informative to say. My brother had several cardiac and neurological tests perfor... read more

I was seen by a Dr. Lee in the ED. She would not take me seriously, told me about the symptoms of another patient along with telling me their room number, talked over me, ignored when I mentioned problems were chronic, asked invasive questions that had no basis with the care I was receiving, and was incredibly disrespectful to me, my fiancée, and the nurse that actually provided care. She did not run the tests she said she would. When the tests she did run came back negative, she dismissed my concerning weight loss and inabi... read more
