He walked off on the phone while we had to wait and we were here at our appointment time. Then he came back with Walmart bags so he literally went shopping while my child had an appointment. So unprofessional and this is exactly why I hadn't been here in over 2 years. Definitely won't be back unless it's an emergency again.
