As a home owner on Midwood Street, I find it appalling that the RAT DEN hasn’t been addressed! It’s years old only getting worse with the construction of the new restaurant. The rat activity is located under the trash collection area across from the car wash on Midwood Street. I would advise neighbors to call or email 311 to complain about this unhealthy condition. Thank you.
