Helen has been dealing with a stolen iPhone pro ,brand new she had left it in Uber car he turned it in to VA Police was told it was safe Locked up she has tried to get payment of being reimbursed a lady Vanessa Hardin Boss is April quality control we drove Helen 3x 4 hours to get her phone and hand delivered the paperwork for 900 to be reimbursed for a 1300 iPhone the Correct account numbers was put on form and verified 3 days was supposed to get in direct deposit it's been stressful for Helen she is 80 years old today she w... read more
Ok my mother n law was inpatient in January they sent uber to bring her home 2 hours she had dropped her phone in uber getting out of car he turned iphone brand new ! to VA police Locked it up and it was Stolen we drove down to get the iPhone It wasn't still Locked up someone has stolen it why they can't keep somthing safe IT'S A GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL now she has tryed to get reimbursed for phone now almost 3 months we drove monday to turn in claims forms to get her paid out .It's been 5 days they was supposed to make direct D... read more
I’d never used the VA until recently, because in all honesty, I still was hung up on their 30 year old reputation of being very subpar. But recent events led me there and I can honestly say it’s been the best care I’ve ever experienced in my like. The doctors listen, physical therapists are phenomenal, appointments and communication are absolutely immediate and perfect. I’ve been quickly referred to specialists that I did not know existed and I actually feel “hope.” Simply amazing and truly a gift I never knew was available.
