Ive had care at multiple VA s in various states. The primary care is awful at this one. The only way to get care/referrals is to file complaints then likely get marked as difficult. They seem to offer the minimum to the most vets. Pain management is non existent. I strongly do not recommend this VA facility. They truly should close it and give the care over the Mizzou and Boone health.
Great staff and fast procedure work. I wish the bathrooms especially in the 2nd floor endoscopy/specialty surgery waiting room were more handicap accessible. We had to help an elderly man with a large wheelchair into the bathroom because there was not enough room for him to turn into the bathroom, one handed, while trying to hold open the self closing door. The poor gentleman tried for a minute or two before we stepped in to help. It took so long to help him in that he didn’t have time to turn around and lock the door before... read more
