First of all I don’t go to this VA hospital, I go to the STL VA, but I reached out through FB messaging and the Public Affairs Officer, Jeff Hoelscher was such an incredible help. I really, really needed that especially today!!! He went above and beyond!! Thank you so much!!

Gets worse all the time.. They have failed to keep phone appointments twice lately.
The care here is superb. I really have not had any crazy issues with the VA. People treat me good and take my health seriously. Thank you Dr. Teater in the red team. She has helped me with my LDL.
The pharmacy does not seem to care about the veterans. Insulting and seem to purposefully waste people's time. I was told my medication was ready for pickup. I went to pick up with family waiting in car. VA says 10-20 minutes. It's been over an hour and they're still correcting their count... for 28 pills.
