This service center is very trustworthy. They looked at my Explorer and found I didn't need a new wheel bearing--it was the tires. And they didn't even charge me to look at the problem. This is a great shop, by all means take your car here!
These guys gave me everything I wanted and more!!!! Not only did they find me exactly what I was looking for but they also stayed in the price range and monthly payments!! This is my second vehicle from them and I will continue to go back!! Such great help and never a dull moment trying to find the perfect vehicle !!! Do not recommend at all. I once sat here for 2 hours to be told the tire I was there to have changed wasnt even there. Today was just as bad and showed me I shouldn’t have given them another chance. I had an appt @ 3pm. I show up early & am told they have 2 of the 3 tires I had ordered. I tell them to check again & they get that figured out. @ 3:45 I call and ask for an update. “We had an issue but 3 men are going to change your tires out quickly right now, they’re pulling it in”.
