Manager was rude to my wife and her friend as soon as they walked in. Did not listen to any input they had to give and was insistent they look at rings they made clear they did not like. Seems like he was not interested in selling rings and more interested in giving people a hard time. He was annoyed when they would point out any ring and said "OH you don't want that, you want this." I bought my engagement ring from Brett, he had it custom built to my liking and helped me feel passionate and confident through the entire process. He was not salesy or pushy, he built the exact ring I came in looking for, with added charm. I highly recommend working with Brett, I was extremely lucky to have met him.
I bought my wife's ring from Harry Ritchie's. They told me about the policies and about their lifelong coverage program. The representative told me many things when I bought my wife's ring about 10 years ago now. I have followed the representatives guidance. My wife and I went shopping for a new pair of wedding rings yesterday and visited the location inside the Medford mall where we met Brett. He was awesome and did a fantastic job educating us on diamonds and helping to find what we were looking for.
