In 1956, Harry Ritchie opened his first store in downtown Eugene, Oregon with the goal of making fine jewelry available to anyone who wanted it. The staff did a great job helping my father pick out a watch. They went out of their way to make sure he had a positive experience. My siblings and I wanted to get him a retirement gift and we were very satisfied with the customer service and overall experience. Thank you!
Purchased a ring from their store had to have it size 2 different times and on the second time I received a different ring back and then they have the gall to tell me that it’s a reflection and then I have pictures of the ring before it was sent I will no longer do business with their store ever again be aware
