In 1956, Harry Ritchie opened his first store in downtown Eugene, Oregon with the goal of making fine jewelry available to anyone who wanted it. He strived to have every guest leave the store with a smile on their face. Nearly 65 years and three generations later, we operate under those same principles. While out Christmas shopping I found a cozy Jewelry Store At the Streets of Tanasbourne. "Harry and Ritchie's" ... Jessica helped me with my jewelry repairs... She was absolutely awesome!! Friendly; contacted me and kept me informed about my repairs. There was another young man I didn't catch his name was absolutely friendly. Thank you for your help ... I'll be back 💕
Acknowledged within minutes of walking in, even though it was busy. Helped as soon as they were able to. Good prices and nice associates. Will definitely be back.
Christmas Eve of 2024 I went running around everywhere trying to find a good looking box for my girlfriends engagement ring. I was blown off by many people but hairy Richie’s said, “I can just give you a box no problem”. I know where I’m getting the wedding bands. Great people, great service.
Jessica was helpful without being pushy, which I appreciated.
