Updated Review: Thank you Austin and Mindi for assisting me with my broken bracelet. And also thank you both for helping me create customized matching earrings via using my extra bracelet links. The earrings are a special gift from my hubby for Mother's Day
In December 2025 my husband bought me a beautiful bracelet and also a warranty for it. Less than 3 months later the clasp broke. Harry Ritchie's is refusing to repair it. Instead, the guy was trying to sales pitch us into buying more products. Why would we buy more jewelry if it breaks and they won't repair it? Even Jurgens said it's an easy repair. 0/10 don't recommend this place. I will update this review if Harry Ritchies tries to make things right with us.
It's so nice to have Mindi back at the store again. She knows us by name, knows our taste in jewelry and treats us like family. She's the associate we request and will wait for when we buy any jewelry. Mindi makes buying jewelry an amazing experience.
