I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
