I have been using Harr for the past couple years and I keep going because of the quality and timing is usually on point. And the couple times a mistake was made, they fixed without hesitation or challenge. That reassured my that I was using the right place. At least for me! However the puppies can be a bit much.

Rude! The husband and the wife he got off the phone stating here’s my wife I have a problem she gets on the phone I’m asking details about if they can provide a service she says I have to go I have a customer well they won’t get my money that is such poor service

Recently moved from NY and was in need of a dry cleaning service for my coats. Discovered this place based on Google reviews and I am not disappointed. My coats were ready within a reasonable time frame and the price was great compared to what I would spend in NY. I would definitely use this place again.

Hands down the BEST laundry and dry cleaners in Dover! I am warmly greeted each time I come, I get questions about garments answered, get upfront prices of their services, and can pickup my items next day l! (No extra cost for quick turn around). Harry Louie is an actual dry cleaners, y’all! Not a drop off site. Not many “real deals” like this around anymore.

This place is absolutely wonderful! The owners are incredibly helpful, kind, and sweet. We went here because they had the best prices within a 30 minute radius of our home and they had the best reviews to boot (and I can certainly see why!). I would very highly recommend to ANYONE who needs to have a wash and fold or dry cleaning— go there!! You won't regret it, you simply couldn't!
