"I always try to give a doctor's office the benefit of the doubt, but this experience proved me wrong. I changed my PCP to this doctor because their online listing stated they were accepting new patients. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist hung up on me twice—extremely rude! Extremely unprofessional, I came here because it was recommended by my lawyer. They aren't clear about the procedures, paperwork and bills. They have a really difficult time speaking the language and don't know how to explain anything. You talk to them on the phone and they don't even know how to answer it. If they do something wrong they will charge you the difference or the extra cost to repeat blood work or anything you have done with them.
