Kinda disappointed as I used them all the time on Frankford Ave for my patients. They don't even pick up here , she sometimes puts it directly into voicemail, no biggie. But I have a few people who don't like it here . Just that everyone was rude and didn't explain anything. I had sort of the same experience. No one called me and left a message. Charlotte was phenomenal during our daughter’s time in her helmet. She made the entire process a breeze and provided support every step of the way.
We had a wonderful experience over the last few months at Harry J. Lawall & Son with my daughter's slight case of brachycephaly (flat head). After completing a scan of my 4-month daughter's head, we were given thorough information for our options to possibly get a Starband helmet. We decided to get the helmet and went to appointments every three weeks for updated measurements.
