Every doctor's office should have someone like Heather at the front desk. She is so kind and compassiate with everyone I have seen her interact with.
Everyone at the Willow Grove office is awesome, Sam Heather and Katrina helped with my insurance coverage and I see Dave for my prosthetic they are all great
Heather, receptionist, was pleasant, accommodating and I commented on her exceptional multi-tasking skills. Dave, put me at ease, made me feel comfortable and explained the brace process in complete and comprehensive details and demonstrated how the brace would fit in my shoe(s). Overall, as Dave put it, "easy, pezy".
My experience with Harry J. Lawall &Son was wonderful. Everyone was extremely helpful and supportive. They all went way beyond what I expected. Dave, Carlo and Katrina were absolutely amazing.
I’ve been a client/ patient of LaWall Willow Grove and Frank Colucciello for 5+ years as a below knee amputee. Frank is an incredible prosthetist who guided me through early healing phase, “ starter “ leg to a prosthetic that has me able to resume 95% of what I was able to do before.
