Wait forever for someone to answer phone they don't do a thing you have to do all the work they should do ie: contact my doctor to have them get paperwork faxed to them. I am not being paid by them. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!
Picked up my new brace today. All the staff were fantastic. Could not be happier. This is the place to go. They know what they are doing.
The receptionist offered such great service. My splint came in but I had the flu and couldn't come in to pick it up. She called me and reminded me that I should pick up the splint in 2025 since the copay will go up in 2026. I thought that was very thoughtful.
I'm relatively new to Lawall but my early experiences have been very positive. Heather at the Reception Desk is always cheerful and welcoming and Carlo has been extremely helpful and has just completed crafting a new insert for my shoe. It's only been 2 days but so far it seems to be helping quite nicely.
Best service with perfect guidance on paper work as well as selecting a pair of diabetic shoes. Heather the receptionist is always courteous when answering the phone & her smiley face service will be difficult to forget. I am very happy with Harry J. Lawall & Son.
