My experience was horrible Pete doesn’t listen to what you want he only does what he wants. He fast talks you and rushes you out before you realize the real problem. I recommend that you go somewhere that cares about what the client wants . Trust me he just wants the money and doesn’t really care about what is best for you. Even though this lady said email her she never reached out so that’s just to save face for you guys to act like they tried to fix my problem they suck dont don’t do it. I find contacting Cindy very difficult. I realize she is not responsible for the brace from manufacturer, it would be helpful to receive updates on the process. Each time I call it's always leave a message. Maybe the office is too busy and requires more staff? I myself am disappointed with the customer service.
