I have been very happy with this business since l was introduced to Johnathan thru Aaron from good shepherd. Johnathan is very good at what he does and Janine in the office is very helpful and and nice to talk with. Thanks Wayne
I got a brace from them. They were very helpful. Tried three braces till we got one that worked and followed up with an adjustment to the brace later to improve it's function. they were competent, responsive and friendly.
When I walked in the office. Very nice. People and quick service, but it's been over 2 and a 1/2 months and I still haven't received my shoes. Communication, it's terrible, They don't answer their phone or return phone calls and then they say they called me, but never left a message. And to me they should. At this point I am not happy with this service could be better.
John goes above and beyond...he helped my brother, even when he had covid!
