I really enjoyed my visted to this office. I came in to get measurements for a right foot brace. I needed a cushion for the left foot brace . He said I can do it. He also cut my long stripe to make it look better. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly. I can't wait to pick up my brace. Keep up the great work!
If I can give no stars I would the supervisor is very nasty and she can talk to you the way she wants to. She is not helpful she blaming patients for what the doctor sends over when we clearly get the doctor the paperwork She provided to us to give to the doctor so the right documents are sent over. Completely disrespectful office. Most people coming to you are disabled so maybe have a little more empathy and compassion. I SPECIFICALLY requested this appointment for measurements I told them the other things were unnecessary yet they still made them and billed my insurance. Sounds like fraud to me. I’ve had wasted appointments at this office where things weren’t ready yet in the past so I’m not shocked that they once again let me down.
