Can’t say enough good things about our experience. We asked our PT where to go, and so happy they suggested here! Jackie was so helpful getting us set up for our initial appointment, explaining everything, and was so welcoming every time we were in the office. Charlotte was incredible - seriously so kind, took the time to explain everything, and answered questions we had in the office and after we left always made sure if we had questions or concerns between appointments we could get an answer. This review is for Lawall &Son,Wall NJ. Buyer beware of the cost! I purchased shoes from there about 2 yrs ago. When I went back about a month ago, I ordered a pair of sandals. A cast mold of my feet was not necessary since they had my mold from the initial time. After I ordered the shoes , the office called me for a deposit. I reviewed my last invoice and realized then that was cost had doubled. My initial calls to request a reason why the cost was so high were with Dawn, Amanda, and Jennifer. In 2005 , Wayne Lawall came to my Townhouse in Tinton Falls, NJ. and fitted me with my new arm. For 15 years all I knew about Lawall was the owner coming to my townhouse and a small office in Lawrenceville, NJ. 5 years ago I met Wayne in Philadelphia to find 200 people in over 20 offices. Now, 20 years later, Wayne is still going as hard as ever. Today I met his daughter Kelsey working as hard as her father. Lawal is the essence of a mom-and-pop at scale that never lost the family roots that make it the best in the industry.

Mr. Wayne and his staff have been making my son’s leg braces since he was one, going on 20 years now. Always processional, the office is always clean and they truly have compassion for their clients. One of our favorite medical professionals.

Very helpful caring amazing place. My daughter who is a cancer survivor thank God has been getting her orthotics from here. Couldn't be more satisfied.
