Entered the incorrect license plate when I was parking at one of their lots. I had a copy of my payment. I called immediately to notify them. They said they would let the patroller know so that I would not receive a parking notice.... guess what? I still got a parking notice for $95. I call them again the following day and they said they would make a one time exception and cancel the notice. I checked every few days and notice was still not cancelled.
