I have gone to Dr Shephard for many years. He's a wonderful,caring Dr. His staff has always treated me kindly. Happy retirement Dr Shephard you deserve it!
Horrible doctor. Would not recommend him, not professional, nor his staff. Had to reschedule my procedures due to medical issues and work hours. They told me they could no longer treat me going forward. Really??!? The staff never told me you could only reschedule so many times. I’ve never heard of such a thing in the medical field. They never even considered my medical and work issues. If a doctor provides service like this, probably good that I am not being treated by him.
