Dr. Pham was amazing and so was his staff. They take their time. Dr. Pham was super informative and made sure he explained what things meant. He is the best! Being seen by Dr. Pham made me see how subpar all of my other eye exams have been. He provides the best care.
I would avoid this place. Mr.Pham was not at all friendly. He was in a rush and would not even let me answer. Please go elsewhere.
My disabled from a stroke son had a very rushed appointment with this DR. ( our first time there ), didn’t do a very thorough exam compared to other eye exams and his glasses don’t seem to be quite right. So looks like a visit to another eye Dr. to see if these are even the right prescription. Never had this problem with any other Lenscrafter Dr. Not going back there again!

Great employees, great service! Efficient and respectful, while still maintaining their self-respect. Good at explaining reasoning to those with questions, but still keeps a sense of humor! Made my day, and my prescription. 13/10
