Great employees, great service! Efficient and respectful, while still maintaining their self-respect. Good at explaining reasoning to those with questions, but still keeps a sense of humor! Made my day, and my prescription. 13/10
One of the worst medical office experiences I’ve had. The 1 star reviews are correct, wish I looked first. Filthy exam rooms with a layer of dust over all the equipment, and dead crickets in the corner. Receptionists did not greet me upon entering and mumbled every word. Dr. Pham was extremely quick, condescending, and combative when I asked questions about what he was telling me (as I’m not a doctor and need further explanation). I have never in my life met an unprofessional, condescending, impatient, uncompassionate doctor in my life! I’m still shocked as I’m writing this. I wished I would’ve looked him up or read reviews before coming. It’s my hope that the Dr’s family members (daughters, spouse, elderly or disabled family members) are given grace should they come across someone as unkind as you. I also hope that you take all the feedback as a teachable moment to do better. Blessings.
Wow. Read the 1 star reveiws. I suspect the 5 star reveiws are bogus. Dr Pham is a joke and doesn't take his job seriously at all. Completely unprofessional and condescending when you ask questions. Got my prescription wrong and then when i asked to re evaluate my rx, he told me I didn't need glasses. I've been wearing glasses for 8 years.
