I would not recommend this provider. His bedside manner was extremely poor, and he came across as rude and impatient throughout my appointment. During the eye exam, he repeatedly asked which lens was better and expected an immediate answer before even moving his hand completely, giving me no opportunity to actually read the chart. He simply responded that it was "a yes or no " as if he was in a rush and didn't want to deal with me . An eye exam should never feel rushed or intimidating. If I could give zero stars and leave a review I would. Horrible experience. He gave me a prescription and his explanation was so convoluted I waited longer than 30 days for my progressive prescription to adjust my eyes. Then waited for months to get back over to see him only for him to give me a communist struggle session to prove I needed glasses. I left with a new prescription that was blurry when I got the new lenses and when I went to another eye doctor to get a correct prescription he said “this prescription must be an ... read more
Dr. Pham was amazing and so was his staff. They take their time. Dr. Pham was super informative and made sure he explained what things meant. He is the best! Being seen by Dr. Pham made me see how subpar all of my other eye exams have been. He provides the best care.
I would avoid this place. Mr.Pham was not at all friendly. He was in a rush and would not even let me answer. Please go elsewhere.
My disabled from a stroke son had a very rushed appointment with this DR. ( our first time there ), didn’t do a very thorough exam compared to other eye exams and his glasses don’t seem to be quite right. So looks like a visit to another eye Dr. to see if these are even the right prescription. Never had this problem with any other Lenscrafter Dr. Not going back there again!
