Mrs We purchased a new 2008 Nissan Sentra from Harry Green within 5 days of purchase the tire sensor light came on. I immediate called dealership and returned. They fixed the light however, it has since came on 5 more times in the last 2 years!!! The dealership has been a nightmare. They actually copied the manual and put it on my passenger seat the third time I returned the car. My tires have went completely flat at one point. AMAZING selection... They have such a great selection here and any car they carry, they will have a model of to test drive. Their service department is also very competant and reliable. I once got my oil change free cause they took 31 minutes instead of 30!! One negative, the car I bought from them croaked a little after its warranty went out and there was not much they could help me with. Also, I asked about 4 times for the paint touch up and never got it.
Harry Green Chevrolet I bought a new car here in May. I thought the sales people were very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and provided me with a great deal on my car. I have since brought my car back to the dealership for a inspection and oil change. The automotive service is great. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
Decent place to have repairs done but not a good place for purchasing a car. Harry Green's is a decent place to have repairs done but not a good place for purchasing a car. Their service people are fairly knowledgable and pretty friendly. If you are having minor warranty work done to your car they will sometimes send a technician to your home or work to do the repairs. I would not buy a car from them, though. They striclty sell cars at or around MSRP which is not a price to purchase at. Also, they charge you extra for option... read more
