I had such a wonderful experience purchasing a new Nissan Rogue at Harry Green. It was so refreshing to have the excitement back in buying a car again. I have had our 2023 Nissan Rogue in to Harry Green on two occasions since the purchase and on both occasions the "Harry Green" staff have been very responcive to our requirements, and the service performed in a timely manner as promised.
My husband and I went in and was welcomed by David Ritter. We discussed what vehicle we were interested in and he got us right into it for a test drive and just over an hour he had us ready to go. He was very fast and and extremely friendly. So glad we chose David as our Salesman at Harry Green Nissan in Clarksburg.
The service department sucks. Had work done, paid a large bill in full then, days later, received a text from Brian to pay more. The audacity to go back and try and charge more for a repair, when I paid the full invoice is ridiculous. Spoke to their service manager who took no responsibility for the lack of professionalism OR the absence of basic math skills. Also, their employee vaped in my face.
