My sister was dismissed as a patient for Dr. Pile due to a interpersonnel conflict between a family member and one of their office staff. The front desk was very rude to my mother and demanded that my mother take the patients daughter outside in the cold due to the rules of no children in the BUILDING. My sister was 7 months pregnant and the letter was from the office manager and Dr. Pile will not call his patient back. Never has I seen or heard of such unprofessionalism in the medical field. I DID NOT LIKE THE WAY I WAS TALK TO. THE CHILDREN OPERATOR WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SHE TALK TO ME AS IF I WAS A KID. THEN, TELL ME THEY DO NOT TAKE ILLINOIS MEDICAL AND THEY HAVE A WAITING LIST AND CALL BACK IN JANUARY. I HAVE JUST MOVED BACK HERE AND I THINK THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBBBBLEEE !!!!!!!!!!!
