My family suffered a tragic loss in a horrific car crash. My 10-year old niece was killed and her 8-year old brother and two other young boys were flown by helicopter to Cardinal Glennon with very serious injuries. The driver of the car was taken to SLU. Dr Click has been mine and my wife's Dr for about 9 years and we love him. I've never before have had a Dr set and talk to me about what's going on and answer any and all my questions without rushing out of the room. The office itself is TERRIBLE. It looks nice, but the secretaries are snobby and a little stuck-up. My first appointment I waited an *hour and a half* WITH an appointment (that was on top of the 15 minutes early I arrived per direction) to see Dr. Jones. Wrote me a prescription for 60 Sudafed pills (not covered by insurance) cost $25 and it is illegal to obtain this drug without a prescription in this county. My second visit. Have been seen by Dr. Fisher already . He has a wonderful bed side manner and is easy to talk to about any medical problem if he can't help he will refer to someone who can .
Very nice likable person who I feel comfortable telling my life problems and history with.
Myself & my husband are both on medicare & UHC secondary & Dr Aldrich or Dr Clink refused to see us... I didn't know choosing a doctor was like a job interview but it was.
I moved to Illinois after my son was hospitalized during his summer vacation. The doctors and staff are simply amazing. This is now my first choice of health care for both of my sons.
