If I could give it zero stars, I would.I ordered chocolates for my mom for mother’s day and not only did it not say when it arrived, but they also came completely melted. There was absolutely no way to salvage the chocolates. I am very disappointed in this shipping and now my mother will not get the gifts she deserves. I paid good money for these so I expect better service, and I will be getting my money back.
Very slow shipping and delivery times. Rotten fruits. Terrible packaging. Turned to another gift basket vendor since ordering from Harry and David had been so frustrating and disappointing experience. MEH
Donna treated me horrible & spoke VERY poorly about the product & company. EXTREMELY negative environment! Such a shame this is the only location that is here year-round instead of a seasonal "pop-up" store... they need to invest in this location more with a larger store & better management team!
Received a gift from a friend and pears were spoiled. I called the store and Donna told me to come in and pick up a fresh delivery of pears that they just received . Now that’s customer service. I told her that I would bring the spoiled ones in and she replied not necessary. She apologized and like I said above , made it right. Thank you for going the extra step and I am enjoying my favorite pears around. I look forward to them every year.
