I saw Dr Chen eight times last year. He looks young but I think he is quite knowledgeable. He spent at least 10 minutes each time to discuss his diagnoses with me and gave me some treatments. Then his assistant Sean would teach me new exercises to strengthen my muscles and ease pain. Sean is very friendly and patient. 这是一家非常糟糕的诊所，里面的工作人员态度非常恶劣，没有对病人的一颗爱心，医生技术一般，每天挖空心思在患者身上找钱，如果患者不能按时到达，即便是提前打电话协商更改时间也不行，一定要罚款$30元，医生的挂号费才$15元，这是多么不合理的霸王条款。医生有时间多钻研一下业务，提高自己的医术水平。患者多了，收入自然就增加了。靠在患者身上罚款，你能挣多少钱？患者身上有病，已经够痛苦的了，医生是解决病痛的，而不是像你一样，利用自己的霸王条款给患者增加痛苦。
Staffs there was helpful and respectful. Can't say that about the doctor (Dr. Harry Chen). Doctor display an attitude problem and rude. Only care about his liability and has little care about the patient's well-being.
Can’t comment on the doctor as I only visited the first time last week. But their no show policy was a bummer. I was willing to pay for the no show policy fee ($30) on my following visit, but the staff said that the no show policy fee must be paid next day or all follow up schedules for the following therapy sessions are cancelled. I’d rather find another therapist.
