Jay Fuller is a the most honest and hard working criminal defense attorney in the Chicagoland area. Excellent communicator. If you or your loved one are presently incarcerated during your pending court case Jay Fuller will stay in contact with your family as well as visit you before every court appearance. Outstanding service from Harry. Had a case that didn’t look good one bit, but got the BEST possible outcome there was. I’ve seen some reviews talking about poor communication, which I will 100% disagree with. Harry will reach out when needed, otherwise lawyers are busy. My case was just as important as others. Harry provided appropriate reassurance when needed and I felt very taken care of. Most importantly his presence is known wherever he is, he is a great lawyer.
Harry Smith of Smith and Fuller was absolutely awful. His office would never return my calls. He would promise to call me back, and then he never would. He repeatedly cancelled appointments. He laughed at me when my divorce case was having issues and my ex husband was causing trouble with the settlement of our home. I ended up dropping him and switching to a different attorney.
