We were out of town travelers experiencing battery/low voltage issues. Pulled up to Harry's and to my surprise, they told us to pull in and within minutes, they were running diagnostics on the vehicle. They reset codes and fixed our problems. They were very polite and even gave us cookies. Great experience for us!!
Service department is absolutely terrible would not recommend. To explain what's gone on the past 4 months almost 5 is impossible because google doesn't have big enough text box. So to sum it all up over the past 4-5 months they have been in possession of our vehicle just as much as it has been our own possession. With that don't expect urgency or follow up phone calls and also don't expect them to fix or diagnose your vehicles problems the 1st or even the 2nd time. car transport services and car rentals was as you can expec... read more

Had my truck in for the first oil change and tire rotation. The service staff were great. Despite being under staffed that day, they had it done in a timely manner. Would recommend them for sales and service.
