Bought my latest vehicle from Harry Browns and the salesman, Kevin Kee, and the manager went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Great job to them!
Bought a 2019 jeep Grand Cherokee last week. Kevin Lee was great no pressure, straight forward and was a very quick process. I would recommend if your looking to buy to go straight to him I was very impressed with their service
We were out of town travelers experiencing battery/low voltage issues. Pulled up to Harry's and to my surprise, they told us to pull in and within minutes, they were running diagnostics on the vehicle. They reset codes and fixed our problems. They were very polite and even gave us cookies. Great experience for us!!
Service department is absolutely terrible would not recommend. To explain what's gone on the past 4 months almost 5 is impossible because google doesn't have big enough text box. So to sum it all up over the past 4-5 months they have been in possession of our vehicle just as much as it has been our own possession.
