Yos and his team really know what they are doing! They inspected our home and told us what we needed. The work that was done looks great and we have no more issues. DMV Foundation Solutions was communicative and professional. They estimated the work would take between 3 1/2 to 4 weeks. Even though the heavy snow and ice storm happened during their work, they finished in three weeks.
DMV Foundation Solutions provided us with excellent and knowledgeable information after inspecting an issue with water coming into our basement floors. They did a comprehensive inspection and provided recommendations without pressuring us to do unnecessary work. I would work with them in the future for any more structural issues with our home!
We had a great experience with DMV Foundation. I had cracks in my foundation, and I called a number of companies. Each company suggested a different answer to the problem and estimates varied widely. I ended up hiring an independent engineer to get an unbiased opinion. The engineer's report tracked what DMV told me precisely. Amazingly, this was also the least invasive and most affordable solution. DMV earned my trust. They were honest, fair, showed up on time and did great work. I highly recommend them.
