Not a good experience have 2006 chevy trailblazer 4x4 4.2 L ls checked with Harry Blackwell malden mo and informed that recall on short in drivers door lock actuator is too be replaced but if numbers for item recall does not match the they will not exchange door actuator on my vehicle hmmm you think a recall should be a recall even if the new parts number does not coexist with old parts number ,if it does not match Chevrolet will not fix recall hmmm okay thanks
I love to get my car serviced at Harry Blackwell's. They know what they are doing. They always wash my car before they return it. They often have homemade cookies and coffee in the waiting area. They are efficient time wise. And everyone is curtious.
