Did a auto transfer there in October got pulled over by state police said vehicle not registered called the notary and said all was good on his end then he called Penn dot then called me back saying it was his mistake he didn't charge $9 for registration transfer. Its been 30 days. I get all paperwork back then I have to send $9 check to Penn dot Now here its end ov Nov and I can't drive vehicle because he didn't do his job
