Great atmosphere and staff. Whether you’re training for stress relief, fitness, or competition, everything is welcomed and coached with attention and care. I’ve only been training for 2 months, but it’s already been an awesome experience.
Great group of guys. Met them at Thai Plate in Orillia just before the Black Lotus kickboxing fight night event. I was in a hurry and left without paying for my food. These guys paid for my lunch! They seem polite, professional, and friendly. Definitely want to come and check out this gym next time Im passing through.
