Broken promises and, in my opinion, misleading sales
New development in village. Tarmac laying machine and tarmac lorries accessing site by road unsuitable for heavy vehicles despite planning stating that all heavy vehicles to access site by main road access. Total contempt for residents.
Shocking after sale customer service.Moved in 18 months ago. Still waiting for some snaggng to be done after numerousR calls and constantly having to re-send photos. Rang back today, said job sheet ticked as complete. No it has not been done.
Still waiting after 5 years to have the leaks we have in our roofs to be fixed. Unresponsive to emails & telephone calls. Customer service is terrible. Workman come to assess the issues and then do not show up again, then someone else comes out to assess and then doesn't return and so on and so on.
