I was referred here by 111 due to an infected tooth that needed extracting—I was in severe pain and urgently needed treatment. After driving 17 miles, I was disappointed to be told exactly what I already knew. Rather than carrying out the extraction, the dentist simply prescribed antibiotics and advised me to see my regular dentist. In the end, I had to pay £350 for a private dentist to resolve the issue. Fantastic place! Joyce was brilliant for both myself and my son. She accommodated our needs, did a thorough examination. She was polite and friendly. The reception staff are brilliant too.
