Overall decent place to live. However it is an old complex and it shows. The HOA or someone controls the heating and cooling so since it is in the 60-70 range our apartment is 75 degrees because the heat is still on (we have it shut off) and there is no option for fan system or cooling till they switch it. Its especially warm upstairs almost pushing 80 degrees. It’s very uncomfortable so if you’re wanting to live here I would invest in portable ac units. Nice place to live.
Horrible HOA if you're a POC! Like someone else said, the building is 50 plus years old, had water damage due to some old rusted plumbing in the walls, they told me to fix it even tho it's part of thier property. Don't expect them to pay for anything if you have an issue, they have loop holes in the By Laws so they want have too. I"m fixing my place up and I'm going to sell it and get the hell out of there! I've lived there 10 years and ready to move.
