After getting a surprising diagnosis of a sudden issue with my car, I called Harrod’s Creek Auto for a second opinion. They were able to determine the issue was being caused by a broken coolant hose rather than the turbo charger which the previous garage wanted to replace! Best of all-they listened to me, thoroughly examined the car and tackled the issue practically without jumping to the worst case fix which saved me more than $3000!! I am a very happy customer. They resolved a difficult moonroof drain clean out and repair and even went back for additional work to make sure it was corrected at no additional cost. Always fair, friendly, upfront, and great to work with.
