I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the deeply unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of the clinic’s chief doctor. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic courtesy in how I was treated was truly shocking. Having lived in Canada for many years and visited various clinics, I have never encountered such disregard for a patient’s dignity and well-being. The clinic is very well organized and you can get in pretty quickly, the location is good with plenty of parking. Administrative team is friendly and Dr Leblanc is thoughtful and takes the time to explain, while doing a fantastic job. Today, I’d like to highlight Irena, a one of a kind dental hygienist.
