Extremely upset with my recent visit. I was treated by a dental hygienist who was clearly sick and coughing constantly the entire appointment—even while cleaning my teeth. She only wore a mask during part of the procedure and removed it at other times despite actively coughing. This is completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Shortly after my appointment, I became quite sick myself and now have an extremely sore throat. No one in my family or close circle has been sick, which makes this very concerning. The service is good—until you actually need them in an emergency. I’ve been a patient there for over three years, but when I fractured my front tooth, the earliest appointment they could offer was 17 days later. Very disappointing when urgent care is needed.
A truly fantastic clinic that runs like a perfectly organized beehive. The staff is efficient and helpful. Dr. Henri Leblanc is great—he’s very kind and never makes you feel rushed when you have questions. A highly recommended practice!
Been here a few times now. Had great experiences on the phone with various secretaries, then in person with them upon my arrival. Each one knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking unlike other dental offices. Easy access off main roads. Nice waiting area and washrooms. Very polite, smart and eager to help dental assistants.
