She'll get a tenant's full name from property manager (which is none of her business) and do a background check on them, and then whatever she finds out, she'll spread around, not knowing or caring if info is truthful. Old, rusted white van sits in front of 806 Locust St. with Kansas tags that are 5 years old. The owner doesn't even have a driver's license. One would wonder why manager allows it to sit there and take up space. Obviously she has low standards and doesn't care.

Raggedy, old, rusted, large white van sits in front of 804 Locust, where the office is, and never moves. Plates are expired by 5 years. It probably doesn't even start. You would think manager would notice and tell the tenant who owns it in 802 to move it but she doesn't. But then manager doesn't keep office hours at this location, unlike what the sign on the door says.
